Refund policy
Please pick carefully as there is no change of mind returns, refunds or exchange.Â
If any parcels/ items get lost, damage or stolen during shipment please contact me within 24hours of receiving order/ or the delivery due date and we can sort out on of the following.Â
1. Orders are covered up to $100 in standard post price. If you wish to put extra cover on your postage items please contact me so I can add in the extra cost. Any items over $100 not covered by extra cover will not be my responsibility once I post your order off. FOB Beacon Hill - free on board - If anything is damaged in shipping please contact me and I will give you directions on how to receive a refund. This will involve you returning all items and packing to your Main local post office. The item damaged will be assessed by them. If they deem liable for the damage they will take the damaged item off you and issue paperwork for an investigation and refund
2. Contact me directly. If there is proof the item that has been purchased was damaged before or defected I posted out I can try and replace the broken item (upon the damaged item being posted back to me at buyers expense) If I do not have another product in stock I can either re order a new one or give a refund or credit on next order purchased. If after the item is returned and I have seen the defect / issues were caused before I shipped the item out returning postage cost will be refunded upon receipt for return postage Â
3. If package goes missing / lost in transit for what ever reason without extra insurance taken out this will Be the customers responsibility. All orders are FOB Beacon Hill - meaning once I’ve posted your order, sent tracking the order is now complete and ownership of the items are now transferred to the customer. I take no responsibility for any missing or lost parcels. Although I will do my best to help sort out the situationÂ
