Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of payment being received. 

Tracking information will be sent before your order has been shipped. 

If at any time you are unable to track your order or it’s later than expected please feel free to contact me and I’ll do my best to help you find out where your order is. 

ALL ORDERS ARE FOB Beacon Hill- once I post the orders the ownership has been transferred to the customer and will take no responsibility for any damage, stolen or lost parcels and items. I recommend taking out insurance cover for any orders over $100. 

Shipping total will be given at checkout pending the size of your order. Shipping starts at $10. Extra charges for express.
